If you take a picture and see something or feel something from that picture do not let anyone tell you there is nothing to it, I do not care if it is cigarette smoke or an orb with a face that only you seem to see. If it is from a spirit it may only be something you will see and understand it does not matter what anyone else says go by what you feel and believe because at the end of the day that is all that really matters.

However if you sense spirits and you can really feel them strong when they are close to you then you have psychic abilities and you can talk to them and hear their response.

Here's how it works, spirits communicate telepathically which means you will hear them in your mind it will be as someone is putting thoughts in your mind that answer your questions, you may hear these thoughts in the spirits voice or it may sound like the same voice you hear all your thoughts with, just keep a clear mind and don't let your imagination get in the way, your answer will come just wait for the thoughts to come to you they will pop into your mind without you doing anything, don't anticipate an answer wait for it to come to you on its own.

As for seeing spirits sometimes you might see a spirit with your physical eyes but most of the time you will see them with your mind's eye aka your chakra and that means you will see them in your mind, don't worry it will be a true representation of the spirits appearance, keep in mind that seeing spirits with your mind's eye might take time and practice don't worry if you don't see them at first; just keep on talking to them and get that perfected then work on seeing them.
